2026 NT Youth Week Ambassador biography: Esther Kami

Esther Kami is passionate about representing and advocating for young people across the Barkly region. She is an active community member alongside her high school studies, participating in youth programs at the Tennant Creek Christian Family Church and playing AFL with the Sporties Football Club.

Further to her participation in the 2025 NT Youth Round Table, Esther is eager to continue advocating for more opportunities that empower Barkly youth to reach their full potential. She also hopes to build her leadership and communication skills while championing opportunities that inspire positive change.
