2026 NT Youth Week Ambassador biography: Arjumand Khan

Arjumand Khan is driven by community, leadership and learning, and enjoys public speaking and volunteering at local events. From leading fundraisers to promoting student voice through the Student Representative Council, Arjumand continues to make a positive impact for young people.

Arjumand aims to advocate for youth issues and strengthen his skills in public service and advocacy through the NT Youth Week ambassador program. He is particularly passionate about education, employment pathways and ensuring young people feel heard, supported and connected.

Currently a high school student, Arjumand is active in the community as a member of the 2025 NT Youth Round Table and through organisations such as United Muslims of the Northern Territory, Youth Empowerment Strategy Group, Waratah Warriors Cricket Club and UN Youth Australia (Darwin chapter).
