2026 NT Youth Round Table biography - Zahin Seedat

Zahin Seedat is the Vice Chair of the 2026 NT Youth Round Table. He is a Clinical Science student at Charles Darwin University and is passionate about youth mental health advocacy, evident through his work on the headspace Youth Advisory Group, where he contributes to policy development and community support initiatives.

Zahin enjoys training at the gym, spending time with loved ones, and maintaining a well-rounded lifestyle. Inspired by his own journey navigating OCD, Zahin hopes to use his time on the NT Youth Round Table to ensure that mental health policy reflects lived youth experiences. Alongside this, he hopes to collaborate with other young advocates and hopes to broaden his understanding of youth issues.
