2025 NT Youth Round Table biography - Xuan Le

Ms Xuan Le is a dedicated and driven year 10 student in Alice Springs, with a strong passion for public speaking, leadership skills, education and advocacy involvement that reflects in her future aspirations.

As she pursue leadership roles and is apart of her school’s Round Square, Xuan is committed to personal growth, teamwork, and inspiring positive impacts. Through her engagement in diverse programs like the ethics competitions, and was one of the 2024 Youth Week Ambassadors - she strives to develop an understanding of youth issues, sustainability, and work towards better youth support systems in the NT.

Xuan also likes dancing with the GUTS crew and is a recipient for the Team Aspire Scholarship which builds a strong foundation as she advocates for equal access in education, safe spaces, and better opportunities for rural youth in both her local community and beyond. Xuan’s goal for the Northern Territory Youth Round Table is to deepen her leadership skills and help build safer, more inclusive environments for young people.
