2025 NT Youth Round Table biography - Sandra Vackyathinal George

Ms Sandra George, a Social Work student at Charles Darwin University (CDU), is deeply committed to social justice and advocating for international students. Through roles like Peer Advisor and International Student Officer, Sandra has supported student success and fostered inclusivity.

An active volunteer with the "All Good Project," she has experience in harm reduction and community engagement. Sandra’s focus for the NT Youth Round Table is to address mental health issues, particularly in remote and Indigenous communities, and to advocate for educational equity and safe spaces for young people. She aims to use her leadership skills to amplify youth voices and contribute to policies that better serve young Territorians.
