2025 NT Youth Round Table biography - Ryan Carpenter

Mr Ryan Carpenter, a student at The Essington School, is an active voice for young people in the Northern Territory, passionate about politics, history, and public speaking. With experience as host of the 2024 Sri Lankan New Year dinner dance and writing articles for the NT Student Spotlight, Ryan is committed to shaping government policies that address the needs of young Territorians.

His focus areas include creating safe spaces for young people, improving educational access, and promoting climate change awareness. Ryan’s leadership and advocacy skills are key as he strives to ensure youth voices are heard and incorporated into government decision-making processes.
