2025 NT Youth Round Table biography - Hamza Kamran

Mr. Hamza Kamran, a Master's student in Power System Engineering, is passionate about STEM education and youth mental health.

With leadership experience in various student organizations and community groups, including the United Muslims of Northern Territory and the Islamic Society of Darwin, Hamza is dedicated to creating safe and inclusive spaces for youth. He is particularly focused on addressing mental health issues and improving career pathways.

Hamza aims to leverage his technical expertise and community engagement skills to collaborate with government bodies and advocate for policies that enhance education, housing, and social outcomes for young Territorians. His focus is on creating youth-friendly spaces and improving access to education, especially in regional areas, by working closely with government stakeholders to ensure policies align with the needs of young people.
