2025 NT Youth Round Table biography - Amelia Jade Phommachanh

Ms. Amelia Jade Phommachanh, a student at MacKillop Catholic College, is a Youth Ambassador for Headspace, as part of this position, she engages with initiatives that amplify young voices and promote well-being in the community.

Amelia is passionate about creative arts, including multimedia and watercolour painting, and is dedicated to promoting self-expression and self-love practices.

She aims to deepen her understanding of youth issues, with a focus on reducing stigma about mental health services and fostering safe home environments for young people in the Northern Territory.
