2025 NT Youth Round Table biography - Aayushma Wagle

Ms Aayushma Wagle, a Refugee Health Services Coordinator and Registered Nurse at Melaleuca Australia, is passionate about improving healthcare access, health literacy, and services for young people, particularly in rural, migrant, and culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

With her experience in rural healthcare, Aayushma is committed to addressing adolescent health problems and advocating for better health services and broader health education across the Northern Territory. She aims to use her healthcare background to support vulnerable young people and ensure they have access to the services they need to thrive.
