2025 NT Performing Arts Awards recipients
The awards were presented at the Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre in Katherine on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.

Production of the Year Award

Antidote - Tracks Dance
Antidote brought Darwin together through movement, music and stories.
More than 60 local performers stepped into the spotlight across 3 unique events:
- dancing under the sky
- sharing stories
- inviting us all to slow down and listen.
Full of warmth and optimism, Antidote reminded us how creativity connects us, especially in uncertain times.
Antidote was a celebration of community finding hope and joy, together.

Lisa Pellegrino
Lisa Pellegrino is a storyteller with heart. Her debut solo show lit up the stage, weaving humour, memory and family into a performance that deeply moved audiences.

Her work resonates across cultures and generations - proof of her gift for transforming personal stories into something everyone can feel.
Young Achiever Award
Levi Nichaloff – Yung Milla
A proud Marranunggu man, Yung Milla is taking Territory hip-hop to new heights.
His live shows are electric, his lyrics full of heart - but it’s his community spirit that really stands out.
From youth festivals to remote workshops, he hands the mic to young people and gives them their moment.
He’s bold, generous and fast becoming a major voice for the Territory.
Inspiring Educator Award

Lynne has spent a lifetime lifting dancers to new heights.
Her dedication, world-class training and deep care have shaped generations of Central Australian talent — proving what’s possible when passion meets opportunity.
She guides students with discipline, heart and belief, and their achievements speak for themselves.

Kate leads with purpose.
Through her vision and commitment, the Darwin Symphony Orchestra has grown - reaching more people, telling bigger stories and strengthening its place across the NT.

Lynne’s legacy reaches far and wide.
She has trained, inspired and championed dancers for more than 50 years - proving that world-class ballet can thrive anywhere, including the red centre.
